October 10, 2025, was a day Hon. Samuel Atta-Mills, member of parliament celebrated students who performed exceptionally well in their basic education certificate examination (BECE), especially those with aggregates ranging from 6 to 15.
Speaking at a brief ceremony organized at the fore court of the municipal education office, Hon. Zagoon-Saeed urged the students to stay focused and continue their hard work as they move on to senior high school. He explained that the items distributed—such as mattresses, exercise books, mosquito nets, trunks, sanitary pads and Chop boxes—were intended to motivate and support them in their academic pursuits.
Hon. Atta-Mills praised the students for their achievements, encouraged them to excel in senior high school, congratulated those who qualified, and motivated others to work harder to earn similar rewards in the future.
The municipal education director thanked the mp for the kind gesture he has done for his constituent. She also emphasized on the need for parent to support their children take education serious.
