This Years Green Ghana Day was a massive success for Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem Municipal Assembly. The municipal assembly asked interested persons in the municipality to submit their names for seedlings and people really showed massive interest in the advertisement and announcement made.
Given over thousand one hundred(3000) seedlings by the forestry commission. These seedlings were distributed among schools through the District Education Service, various communities through assembly members and individuals who are also interested in planting trees
The MCE Hon Solomon Appiah (ESQ), Municipal Coordinating Worlanyo Alatevi, and other management members of the KEEA municipal assembly took part in this exercise that was observed nationwide to promote the initiative in the municipality.
