The Central Regional Minister, Hon. Ekow Panyin Okyere Eduamoah on 10th december,2025 led a high power delegation from the regional coordinating council to visit the four traditional councils and institutions within KEEA to familiarized himself with the municipality since his assumption to the position of regional minister.
His itinerary included meetings with the Eguafo Traditional Council led by Nana Kwamena Ansah IV; Abrem Traditional Council led by Nana Tsirtwee III; Komenda Traditional Council led by Okatakyie Komeh VIII; Edina Tradional Council led by Nana Kodwo Conduah VI and culminating in a session at the KEEA Municipal Assembly where he addressed the assembly staff and representatives of other governmental bodies operating in the municipality.
During the meetings, the Minister articulated his objectives and strategic plans aimed at fostering development in KEEA and the broader Central Region. He called upon all participants to fulfill their respective roles diligently in order to ensure the effective implementation of government policies and to achieve successful outcomes. Additionally, he affirmed his commitment to supporting the municipality by contributing to solutions for its prevailing challenges.
