As part of the President’s mandatory two-day National General Cleaning Exercise, the Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem (KEEA) Municipal Assembly has undertaken a comprehensive clean-up exercise across the Municipality.

Held under the theme “Our Actions, Our Future: Cleaning Ghana After the Floods,” the exercise is aimed at desilting choked drains, clearing refuse dumps, and putting preventive measures in place to avert future flooding.

The exercise was led by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Ismail Zagoon-Saeed, with the Management of the Assembly and key stakeholders.

This initiative underscores the Assembly’s commitment to fostering a secure, clean, and healthy environment while contributing to the national fight against climate change.

The Assembly expresses its profound gratitude to all stakeholders, staff, and residents who participated and urges all to sustain the culture of cleanliness.
