The roads and highways minister Hon. Governs Kwame Agbodza with the regional minister minister, Hon. Ekow Panyin Okyere Eduamoah, the member of parliament, Hon. Samuel Atta Mills, and the MCE Hon. Ismail Zagoon-Saeed inspected abandoned road projects in the municipality today, Tuesday 29th of April,2025.
The minister assured the MP and MCE that the remaining funding of the project have been secured for the completion of the road. The Essaman – Pershie – Bantuma road, which was projected to be ready for use in the later part of 2025 is part of the contract funds secured.
Hon. Samuel Atta Mills and the Hon. Zagoon – Saeed expressed their profound gratitude to the government and asked for other feeder roads and cocoa roads in the municipality be given face lift to ease transportation and boost local economic and social growth.
