A land owner or lawful occupier who is likely to be affected by the mineral right is hereby required to submit a written statement of that land owner\u2019s or occupier\u2019s interest to the Minerals Commission through the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem Municipal Assembly within Twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of the Gazette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A copy of the statement should be sent directly to: <strong>The Chief Executive Officer, Minerals Commission, P. O.
